Contacting C’Dore
If you contact C’Dore Valeting Ltd by phone or email, the details you provide can be used to respond to your enquiry and arrange your requested service. For questions about your personal information, contact info@cdoregroup.co.uk or write to 28 Cleveland Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 3HT.
Booking through Calendly
The calendar on our booking page is provided by Calendly. It only loads after you select “Find a time on Calendly”. Loading it connects your browser to Calendly, which may process technical information and use cookies according to its own privacy settings. Any details you submit there are handled by Calendly and shared with the booking organiser to arrange your appointment.
You can review Calendly’s privacy notice before using it. You can also call or email us instead.
Applying to work with us
C’Dore Valeting Ltd uses the contact details, location, experience, working preferences, CV and optional cover letter you submit to review your application, discuss suitable sites and contact you about the role. This supports our legitimate interest in recruiting people for our services and responding to applications. Required fields let us identify and contact you and consider your application; other address details and a cover letter are optional.
Applications are emailed to recruitment@cdoregroup.co.uk for review by our recruitment team. Our hosting and email providers process the information to deliver and protect this service. The website does not maintain a public CV library or an applicant database; uploaded documents are handled temporarily during submission and then removed from the upload location. The email and its attachments remain in the recruitment mailbox.
Documents are uploaded to private Vercel storage in London before being emailed. Temporary copies are removed after processing. Abandoned uploads are removed by a daily cleanup, normally within 48 hours. Security records contain hashed identifiers and delivery status rather than your application answers or document contents.
For unsuccessful applications, we keep recruitment information for six months after recruitment for the role ends, then delete it. Where a specific legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires it, relevant records may need to be retained longer. If you join us, information needed for your working relationship becomes part of those records. Contact our recruitment inbox to ask about retention or request deletion of your application.
This application form does not score candidates or make automated hiring decisions. Please do not upload identity documents, National Insurance numbers or bank details. We do not need them at this stage.
Website storage and external services
This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Opening the online application uses a necessary session cookie to protect your submission. The form does not save your personal details in browser storage. Short-lived security records help limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions. Fonts and website images are served with the site. The hosting provider may process normal server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and secure the website.
Links to C’Dore VMS, Facebook and other external services take you to separate websites with their own privacy information.
Your information requests
Contact us if you would like to ask about information you have shared, correct your details, request deletion, object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Please describe the enquiry, booking or application you are referring to so we can direct your request appropriately. These rights depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
